    • What you'll leave with: a personal development plan built around 3–5 specific skills and behaviors; a clearer picture of yourself as a people leader

    • Format: 3-day in-person session + one 1-hour webinar (Executive Presence)

  • MONTHS 3-4

    • What you'll focus on: systems thinking, growth strategy, finance fundamentals, critical thinking, what investors care about, how to pivot when markets shift

    • What you'll leave with: essential finance and strategy skills applied through a live business simulation; a sharper external lens on your business

    • Format: 3-day in-person session + one 1-hour webinar (Leading Change)

  • MONTHS 5-6

    • What you'll focus on: organizational alignment, innovation frameworks, AI and digital transformation, driving change, crisis leadership, communication strategies for culture and brand

    • What you'll leave with: practical tools for leading in complex, fast-moving environments; a working understanding of the 3-Box innovation model

    • Format: 3-day in-person session + one 1-hour webinar (Accountability)

    • What you'll focus on: resilience and perseverance, personal brand, executive presence, global markets, ESG leadership, integrity and playing big
